rashmiswamy Looking to hire a camera in Bombay city. Anyone know anyone who can help?
@shamail Sad! If you’re serious about it go and get around the legal thing.
@shamail Pretty good. How’s that music project going?
@shamail Chalo, lets drop this. Clearly a difference in understanding.
How are things otherwise?
@shamail Also, I don’t like flex player. It just works if I really really need it. But I like iTunes + iPhone :)
@shamail Win/Lose? I am not competing with you.
I think there are bad things about iOS, but they are bad because they are bad for masses.
@shamail Also, it seems you’re using 3GS. I know there will be a notable difference in experience & speed in yours and my 4S.
@shamail I don’t carry many videos on my phone. I have done a hunt sometime back and have itunes.apple.com/us/app/flex-pl… installed just in case.
@shamail Yup.
@shamail Example, I think one valid (bad) point about iPhone is that it is really mediocre as a phone.
@shamail Again, personal whims and wishes doesn’t count towards shortcomings of a platform. The “market” is not facing those problems.
@shamail Uff! Badly executed 3rd party apps is not a platform’s fault. I am sure there are good ones around, or it is possible to build one.
@shamail Won’t step into a debate on “justification of paying for apps”. Will just point that I know plenty more apps, many of them free.
@shamail Also it’s a list of personal reasons for not using iPhone rather than explaining “why iOS is the worst mobile platform ever built.”
@shamail I find very few of those points to make sense. Some are factually incorrect e.g. itunes.apple.com/us/app/goodpla… @asheesh16 @savneet
@shamail Oh! Then I’ll hold on till I read your post.
@shamail I don’t think not giving a direct interface to file system is outrightly bad. A bit radical but makes sense. informationarchitects.net/blog/mountain-…
@shamail I don’t develop for iOS, but if really sucked as much I guess people would have also complained as much.
@shamail duh?
