@ap00rv You’re missing the big picture. You want to pay less because you didn’t get full service, but that is not a solution to the problem.

@ap00rv Yes, there are ways, but they are rarely looked into. Writing on the book is the best way as you are *most expressive* at that time.
@ap00rv Depends on the route. On some routes AC buses are more frequent.
@ap00rv Even if we ignore the no-ventilation problem in AC buses, what you’re suggesting is not as straight-forward to implement.

@ap00rv Windows don’t open in that bus. DTC have a maintenance contract with the manufacturers. Either they fix the issue or compensate DTC.
@ap00rv If you’re still on the bus, ask for the complaint book from the conductor and report the issue.
@ap00rv However this does not happen because passengers would rather cover the distance faster than wait for the next bus.
@ap00rv No. They are supposed to park the bus on the side and put you on another AC bus. Same as how it works if the bus breaks down.
