@gonsalves_r Card should work unless you scratch/deface the magnetic strip or demagnetise it. Theoretically a wash shouldn’t do damage.
@vikramadhiman so you have to also consider the conviction rates for the other crimes against women in India (which I expect to be low).
@vikramadhiman Number of reported cases are higher there and they also include cases that wouldn’t be considered as rape in India.
@vikramadhiman Recently learned that the definition of rape is much broader in the other countries.
