@ankurb For me, Visa debit cards have not worked for any int. trans. in past 6 months for a combination of these reasons. Incl Paypal.

@ankurb Not sure about UK, but in US 2FA is not required. So most vendors (incl. iTunes) don’t implement it.
@ankurb I have come across plenty of times when the option of OTP has not been made available. But not sure why the OTP thing comes up.

@GnrlMxms Indian debit cards have lots of implementation problems. Most of them will fail in international transactions.
