@r0h1n I prefer plaintext email. I can set my own font + sizes, what I feel comfortable on my device. That is a good thing.
@r0h1n I see this similar to the iTunes DRM argument where people couldn’t have the music they bought in their non Apple devices.
@r0h1n I do also understand how it may be seen as a bad decision for the business. However as a paying reader I wouldn’t care about that.

@r0h1n Sure, but there is a huge value in having it delivered to my mailbox. Reading the email is far less a hurdle.
