@xAbhishek Even those who have been running for a long time, do max 5 days a week (varying distances).
@xAbhishek Wow! Don’t burn out. If you go for longer distances you’ll have to skip 1 (or 2) days to recover from the fatigue.

@xAbhishek I haven’t controlled my diet at all. Maybe that is why. Will check and report when I get home.
@xAbhishek Also, I go for these runs only because I have a half marathon coming up. Next one’s under 10 days.
@xAbhishek Oh that. My appearance might have taken a (slight) hit, but my weight hadn’t changed noticeably the last I checked.
